📜 Program History
2023
The BOA (Battlefield Observation & Awareness) program is established as a volunteer initiative to help new players learn Ghosts of Tabor. Early members set the foundation for what would become one of the most active community support programs in VR gaming.
2024
The program expands significantly. Ticket tracking is formalized. Over 74 individuals contribute to helping new players, with the top performers closing hundreds of tickets each. The Ticket Masters recognition program is established to honor the most dedicated volunteers.
2025
The BOA program continues to thrive with 65 active members. New recruits join while veterans maintain their dedication. The community help channels remain one of the most active and welcoming spaces in the Ghosts of Tabor ecosystem.
2026
The program enters its fourth year. The BOA team continues to adapt to the evolving needs of the community, with new tools and processes to help even more players experience the best of what Tabor has to offer.
